At The Mindful Tee Co., every shirt is made to order. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a free replacement or refund for qualifying issues. No return shipment is required.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a clear photo when possible.

Size Replacements

Ordered a size that doesn't fit? We understand.

We offer one complimentary size replacement per order, within 30 days of delivery.

The replacement must be the same design and color in a different size. No return shipment is required.

We recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering to help find your best fit.

Returns & Change of Mind

Because our shirts are printed specifically for each order, we don't accept routine returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, design preferences, or incorrect size selections.

Our complimentary size replacement offer is an exception to this policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible.

We can accommodate changes or cancellations before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it is issued.
